ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tongue traction massage in the improvement of speech deficit in acute stage of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke aphasia patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group (30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random digits table method,the control group was treated with drug therapy, experimental group was treated with drug plus tongue traction massage therapy. The curative effect of tongue body massage and traction safety was compared between two groups. Results After 2 courses of treatment, there was no significant change in vital signs in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 90.00%(27/30), and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00% (21/30), there was significant difference between two groups(Z=-2.05,P<0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke aphasia,the tongue traction massage,good clinical effect,can effectively improve the patient′s speech function,simple operation,safety,compliance is good,worthy of promotion.

This study was performed to evaluate cancer pain control of high-Intensity focused ultrasound ablation [HIFU] and to manage the HIFU treatment pain in advanced pancreatic cancer patients with analgesics. We collected 71 locally advanced pancreatic cancer patients treated with HIFU from 2013 March to 2014 January in our hospital. The cancer pain [pre-HIFU and two weeks after HIFU] and HIFU treatment pain were evaluated respectively. The numeric rating scale [NRS] was used as the tool of pain evaluation. The related factors with pains were analyzed. The 70.42% cancer painless rate before HIFU was improved to 92.96% [P<0.05] 2 weeks after HIFU in 71 advanced pancreatic cancer patents without analgesics adjustment. The HIFU treatment pain occurred in 42 of 71 treated patients [59.15 %]. The average duration was 3.93 days and pain score was 3.22. HIFU can improve cancer pain relief further in the advanced pancreatic cancer patients with third ladder analgesics, meanwhile HIFU treatment pain can be managed easy because of its short duration and low pain score

In this paper, the authors analyzed the current problems in domestic hospital nursing human re-source such as widespread erosion, nursing staff slack and others. From the characteristics of nursing ethics and be-havior dynamic analysis, suggest to establish a focus on the humanities concern nursing ethics culture of the people-oriented, fundamentally effectively motivate nurses, specific include: respecting nurses and ethical personality differences;to establish a trust mechanism for nursing staff;meet the needs of nursing staff learning;to establish a nursing staff self management team, thus improve hospital nursing ethics management work, for the nursing staff to provide a stable and efficient working and living environment.

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 560 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age and sex,drug varieties,route of administration and clinical manifestation,etc.RESULTS:Of all the ADR cases reported in our hospital,51.8% were induced by anti-infective drugs vs.10.7% by traditional Chinese medicines;51.8% manifested as lesions of skin and its appendants,but none of them died.CONCLUSION:Clinical importance should be attached to the monitoring of ADR,the indications of the anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicines should be strictly followed in order to decrease the incidence of ADR.
